Please read these Appointment Cancellation Policy carefully before using the https://www.skinsationalmobile.com website (the “Service”) operated by SkinSational Mobile™ (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Appointment Cancellation Terms and Conditions. This Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Booking and Cancellations:
Appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit of $45 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation, due to the nature of SkinSational Mobile™, aesthetic salon on wheels.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits for appointments canceled within this 24-hour notice period will be refunded in full.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Force Majeure:
Due to the mobile nature of SkinSational Mobile™, there may be delays or rescheduling in case of events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen mechanical issues. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate and reschedule promptly.

Medical Information:
You must disclose any relevant medical history or skin conditions prior to your treatment. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific conditions.

Right to Refuse Service:
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse service if any information provided on the client intake form is found to be false or inaccurate. If this situation arises while the practitioner is on-site and ready to perform the treatment, the client will be considered to have cancelled the service and will forfeit the deposit.

Payment:
Full payment is due at the time of service, minus any deposit paid. Prices are subject to change. All sales are final at SkinSational Mobile™.

Liability:
While treatments are generally safe, results may vary. By proceeding with your treatment, you accept the potential risks and release SkinSational Mobile™ from liability.

Results:
No guarantees of specific results are provided, as outcomes may vary depending on skin type and other factors.
